There are many more parking spaces located around Tuscawilla Park now that The Reilly Arts Center has expanded their guest parking lot. We will post a map that will show parking lots, though there are parking spaces all along the streets surrounding Tuscawilla Park.
You can never tell what the weather will be like in Florida so we suggest bringing some foul-weather gear just in case, though we definitely don’t frown on dressing comfortably we are always encouraging of people dressing however they like so long as it is appropriate for a family-friendly event. We even had several people dressing in period costume and in Renaissance clothing. Everyone had a wonderful time no matter how they were dressed.
While we do sell tickets for special seating areas, we will never charge for general admission seating. For general seating areas we encourage you to to bring your own seating be it a picnic blanket (there were several picnics at last year’s event) or special lawn chairs.
Well, that’s not really a question, but we appreciate the enthusiasm. There are several ways to be a part of SitP, from volunteering the day of the event to being an actor or tech for the performances to even being a vendor or sponsor. If you’d like to participate, please contact us. We’d love to hear from you!
